Hourly & Lockout Rates
Every rate below includes an engineer. We don't do the thing where the room is cheap and then the person who knows how to run it costs extra. Four-hour minimum on hourly bookings.
| Room | Hourly | Day Lockout (10 hrs) | Weekly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio A — Tracking | $65 | $480 | $2,200 |
| Studio B — Mix Suite | $50 | $380 | $1,750 |

Packages
The Single — $650
One song, start to finish. A day of tracking in Studio A, a half-day of mixing in B, master included. The most popular thing we sell, and the best way to find out if we're your studio.
The EP — from $2,400
Four to six songs. Three days tracking, two days mixing, mastering included. Most bands do this over two long weekends so nobody has to quit their day job.
The Record — quoted per project
Full-lengths are all different, so we quote them after a conversation and a listen to your demos. Ballpark: most 10-song records land between $5,500 and $9,000 all-in. We'll tell you where yours falls before anyone signs anything.
The Fine Print (Short Version)
- 50% deposit holds your dates; balance due at the last session.
- Cancellations with 7+ days notice get the deposit back. Less than that, we try to fill the slot — if we do, you're off the hook.
- Tape costs, rentals, and session musicians are billed at cost. No markup, receipts on request.
- You own your masters. Full stop. We keep session backups for one year as a courtesy.
Working musicians and students: ask about off-peak rates. Weekday mornings are quiet and we'd rather have music happening in the rooms than silence.
